WinTech Services Group provides our customer base with passivation, electropolishing, mechanical polishing, welding, cleaning and cleanroom packaging.


We work with all types of metals specializing in stainless steel, nickel alloys and higher alloys.

Cleaning Services

WinTech offers a range of cleaning services including thermocouple cleaning, cleaning for oxygen service or CFOS. We can clean to your specifications or from our standards. We can present you the finished cleaned component or clean your product. We clean stainless steel pipe, tubing, fittings, valves or other components.

Clean Room Packaging

WinTech provides contract cleaning and packaging in a variety of clean room levels,
from class 10 (ISO Class 4) to class 10,000 (ISO Class 7). Packaging services such as capping, bagging, double bagging and kitting are available.

Mechanical Polishing

We can have your product mechanically polished on the outside or inside diameters.

Electropolishing creates a smooth clean surface that enhances the corrosion resistance and reduces particle or bacterial entrapment areas.

Electropolishing can create a leveling action so effective that the surface becomes easier to clean and keep clean.

The electropolished component will have an improved corrosion resistance and brighter appearance.


Passivation removes the free irons and other materials following forming, welding or machining operations. Passivation improves the corrosion inhibiting properties of stainless steel and other metals.

We know and recognize the special needs of these industries, such as the documentation needed for validation. Many of the processes used today for the manufacturing, polishing and cleaning of tubing and fittings were developed by Winter Technologies’ associates.
